ETISLAT CHAT PAK / SOCIAL ME STABLE IP

I don't like etisalat that much but seeing chat pack here and there different ips
different server  Then i decided to select and test the etisalat chat pack ip and port
was surprised that different ip has different speed just only two that the speed was ok and dhope
I assume you know how to configure your Psiphon for Etisalat socialme and chatpak tweaks. So use below IP and Port if yours has stopped working. Remember IP is same as host address.
IP: 45.55.167.323
Port: 3128[/b]
Or
IP: 149.202.249.227
 Port: 3128

Note
If you received a message from Etisalat that you have used up your smartpak data allocated t simply opt out by dialing *343*5*0# and opt in again either with the weekly sub by dialing *343*6*10# or the monthly sub by dialing *343*6*11#
Some said Socialme is not capped and some said it has data cap since maybe because it suddenly stop while some people are downloading or got the message that it has been used up
That was tested by a friend though not me though i gave the ip to use and also asked him about the speed
